Do you normally dream about having sex with someone unless you want more?

I have a boyfriend and we have never had sex because I want to wait until marriage. But I dreamed about me and one of my good friends having sex. I did not tell my boyfriend, but I did tell my friend. He does not think nothing of it and just laughed. But I feel I would not have had that dream if I did not normally want to be more than just friends with him. Could that be so?

Scientist and physicians trained in sleep medicine still can't tell us why we dream let alone if it means anything. I have dreamed of having sex with other men other than my husband. I don't feel guilty about it because it was only a dream. I have had dreams where I had sex with someone that absolutely repulsed me too, so I don't think it is some kind of fantasy I want to live out. Your friend sounds like a logical person and he is not obviously not bothered by it so don't worry about it.
