Will Sex Be Different After ChildBirth? Will My Body Be Different?How Painful is birth?

I have a heart murmur and I was wondering if I can still have a C-section.Which is better? natural child birth or C section? HOW WILL MY BODY CHANGE? WILL SEX FEEL DIFFERENT? Thanks for your answers.
